Solar panel fixing - Solar shelter on wooden frame (plans & waterproofing kit) South-North / 3x3 Portrait panels

(0.0)
Sale price€489,13

Panel layout:

The concept is simple: We provide the sealing and fixing kit adapted to the structure you wish to make in wood according to the two versions EAST-WEST or NORTH-SOUTH.

We provide the Plans and Measurements for the necessary Wood Volume (which represents approximately 600 Euros of wood at the mid-November 2021 price).

Wood is not provided! Please note that, as the solar panels are on a pergola with a floor area and footprint of less than 20 m², a simple prior request for work to the town hall is sufficient.

It is not necessary to file a building permit application.

You choose the Solar Panels that appeal to you the most from the Range of Semi-Transparent and/or Bi-Glass/Biface Photovoltaic Panels.

We will then offer you a string inverter, cables, solar protection box necessary for your needs.

Use: It is dedicated to the creation of Pergolas, Carports, Garden sheds, Terrace sheds, Wood sheds, Awnings, etc. Principle: The panel is placed between two rafters in PORTRAIT mode only.

The panel makes the roof waterproof.

Corridors on the rafters collect water to evacuate it at the bottom of the slope. A joint ensures horizontal sealing between the panels. Advantages: Price: it is one of the least expensive roofs on the market including Solar Panels.

Aesthetics: Combination of wood, metal and glass with panels that allow natural light to pass through, no visible cables, white, black or translucent underside with possible view of the cells.

Performance: The panels are highly ventilated, guaranteeing optimum production of the panel even at high temperatures; the system is compatible with all panels on the market, particularly bifacial panels.

Process: The dimensions of the frame are imposed by the number of panels and their size.

Solar Panels are only positioned in Portrait/Vertical.

Standard panel sizes: between 165 to 177 cm in height and between 99 to 110 cm in width The panels are held by 4x ESDEC Universal Clamps (Minimum panel thickness 29 mm and maximum panel thickness 50 mm) on the long sides of the panel.

Each flange is fixed to the rafter on the corridors (yellow) by 2x 4x60 stainless steel screws with stainless steel washers and a sealing gasket. The sealing between the corridor, flange and rafter is ensured by EPDM cover gaskets.

The Corridor (Chute) is made of aluminum (2.0 m x 13 cm x thick.

1 mm) adapted to a rafter width of 8 cm (optimal), anthracite black lacquered on the underside (RAL 7016): For an optimal aesthetic result seen from below with black anodized panel frames.

The columns are spaced 13 to 15 mm apart by the fixing flange (in red) Dimensions of the small Oscaroof v2 rail: Length 58 mm x Height 23 mm x Width 40 mm There is no horizontal space between the rows (compressed joint 1 to 3 mm).

Allow 5 to 7 cm extra on the edges of the roof.

Limitations: The horizontal seal between two panels is ensured by an EPDM or silicone seal which is not infallible.

We are therefore talking about relative waterproofing which should not be used on a roof intended for conventional residential use. The slope must be limited to 20° to avoid excessive wind exposure of the solar panels.
